Good Morning!  Happy Saturday aka Long Run Day aka EARLY morning day!  First up, I updated my much out-dated About Me page and also updated my Running Story page last night.  Check them out!

My legs have felt a little tired this week, so I decided I needed a little inspiration for today's 10-miler...(How and when did 10 miles become a "rest week" distance?  My God.)
To keep in mind as the miles really start to pile up in the coming weeks!
